[Now back in the present again, Sami leans forward in the arm chair.]
Sami: Even if we could, we're not going anywhere. We've got a mission to complete.
[Brian and Kurt exchange a glance.]
Sami: (off-panel) Sorry I can't tell you what it is... but, well... the aliens are psychic.
[Sami shrugs sheepishly.]
Sami: So it's safer if only Andy, Hannah, and I know.
[A wide shot of the campsite outside.]
Sami: (VO) In the meantime, we try to help as many people as we can. Everyone is welcome, we just ask you to pitch in, go on scavenging trips, that kind of thing. We go out scavenging every day, and we tell everyone we meet about the camp, even if they don't come back with us right away.
