Welcome, Anime Boston visitors!

Anime Boston is over, and it was AN ADVENTURE, let me say that. It was a little rocky getting INTO the city, since I was by myself with 100lbs of luggage on the T, but the rest of the weekend went very smoothly thanks to my roomies, Andrew and Chibi of Technoangel Studios! They were kind enough to drive me (and our other hotel roommates) to and from the con all weekend, since we were staying at a cheaper hotel outside Boston proper. :)

Thank you to the fans who stopped by! It was great to meet you guys in person! And to the folks who I shilled to over the weekend, welcome to the comic. :D I hope you enjoy reading it and joining our little fold.

Above is a panoramic of my table that I stitched together with Photoshop! HOWEVER, this is the second, much more successful attempt. Let me show you what Photoshop made of my table photos the first time around:

Anyways, I hope you all had a great weekend, and if you weren’t able to make it out to the con, I DO have an online store where you can get all sorts of cool stuff I made! I got some color comic books made of the first act of the comic, as well, and you can get a copy for just 5 bucks. :)

First official artwork for new Sailor Moon leaked

This is old news by now, since it leaked last Thursday (Happy Birthday to ME) but I can’t help myself!

WE HAVE AN ART! AND A TITLE! The official Sailor Moon website put up a countdown with a “Coming Soon…” placeholder, so some more news should be coming this Saturday while I’m at Anime Boston. In the meantime, someone leaked this artwork, which was uploaded on the server, and I am beyond excited!

I’m really happy that this image echo’s Takeuchi’s artwork from the manga, and if the whole anime managed to evoke her artwork in motion, I might just die of happiness. I LOVE the anime, obviously, but I’m very interested to see what new directions they go with Crystal.

The above image is actually part of a larger graphic that listed some of the show’s crew and the story synopsis, which was soon translated by Miss Dream:

Updates to Patreon rewards/milestones

Hi, all! Wanted to let you know that I added a new pledge reward on Patreon: a print club! For $20 a month, you’ll get an 8.5 x 11″ print of your choice from my online store. Folks outside the US will get two prints every other month to economize the shipping costs. :)

I also revised the $5 pledge level– patrons at that level can now choose ANY eBook from my offerings each month. :) I figured that would be better for both you and me, especially in the months between TH eBook releases.

Last week, I also added a $100/month milestone that will get patrons early access to comics! Any month where at least $100 of pledges are processed means that I will post a week’s worth of comics at once, every Monday, for the following month.

Taking a Week Off

Hey, everybody! In just a week, I’ll be at Anime Boston! My table number is R24, as marked on the map above. :D I am looking forward to meeting a few of you there!

I’ve decided to take next week off from posting! I caught a bit of a cough last week and it put me rather behind on my various arting, so in the interest of getting back on track, I’m going to take the next week to add a few pages to the buffer, so updates will resume as usual after I get back from Boston on March 24th.

Monthly Update

Hey, remember back when I did a big blog post at the start of every month? Good times, good times.

The poster and prints of the Chapter 4 cover are now up in the store!
