[Sami scrambles to climb over a pile of rubble.]
[She comes to a stop before a big, boxy metal sign. The top edge of the sign reads "EMERGENCY" against a red background.]
[A cutout of Sami overlaps the corner of the next panel. The ruins of the hospital lay before her, burning and smoking in places. The entire area around them is completely ravaged. Sami's hands are halfway to her face, her expression gobsmacked.]
[Sami brings her hands to her face, scrunching her eyes closed.]
[Andy and Hannah catch up to her; Sami has fallen to her knees, doubled over silently. Andy drops to one knee next to her, placing a hand on her shoulder.]
Andy: Oh honey...
